M3 Ringtones is a very simple yet rather powerful application for creating ringtones for your Windows Mobile and other mobile phones. The supported input audio file formats are WAV, WMA, MP3 and Audio CD sound tracks, the output ones are WMA and MP3.
The program has a Wizard-based interface which is very intuitive and makes the program easy to use. You will just need to follow the offered steps and you will have no problems at all.
M3 Ringtones will let you upload a file, extract a part of it, and adjust the settings of the output file. You will be able to upload the created ringtone right to your Windows Mobile phone. Moreover, you will have the possibility to set it as an active ringtone. Also the program will offer you to simply save the created ringtone to your PC. To upload the ringtone to your Windows mobile right from the program, you will need to have Microsoft ActiveSync installed on your PC.
Unfortunately, the application is not free, but you will have the opportunity to use the fully-functional trial version of it for 30 days, and test all of its features yourself.
